Offices

In CGIS-UR, there are 15 office rooms.

Computer Labs

CGIS has one main computer lab equiped with 40 modern computers, and 2 smaller computer rooms with a capacity of 20 computers each.

Mapping Facility

Production of printed high quality maps, ranging from A0 to A4 using Canon iPF750 plotter.

Software license

ArcGIS licenses for research and education.

Library

 

Meteosat

METEOSAT 8 receiving station that provides regional information on environment, climate, hydrology, vegetation etc from earth observation satellites,

    Based in Loiret Building opposite (the newly built) Huye bus station.

    CGIS-UR is located in Southern Province of Rwanda near the National Museum of Rwanda.
